"All Unix/Linux server access is managed by the CSP-MUAM tool, and UAM roles determine the level of access a role member has. Server access is requested through role membership in the CSP-MUAM tool, is managed by the Role Owner in MUAM, and requires supervisor and role-owner approval before a member is added to a role.
'Administrators' are granted administrative access (also known as root or elevated access). ASPR defines Administrative Access as access with full rights and permissions (e.g., for configuring, controlling, installing, managing) a resource (e.g., at an application, database or system level, or with respect to security)."
