Senior Developer - Perl
Experience level – 6- 8 years / 8-12 years. 3-6 month initial contract + extensions long term The core competencies of the person should include the following : - - Expert in programming with PERL, REST API and SQL o Develop and provide SQL queries by customer demand o Create, exchange and update existing databases via REST API o Develop PERL scripts for steering and executing developed queries and updates - Expert in security and authentication mechanisms like SAML2 and SSL-Certificate handling o Integrate, manage and update recurring SSL certificates updates in collaboration with internal federation services. - Expert in Linux environments (Red Hat, SUSE) o Deep knowledge in OS structure and version handling in conjunction with the installed applications. - High knowledge with databases of Oracle, PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB o Supporting database ORACLE PostgreSQL TimescaleDB - High knowledge in ODBC monitoring o Familiar in common LINUX ODBC client version handling - Experienced in Simple Network Management Protocol SNMP o Develop and provide application templates by evaluate SNMP walks and OID values - Experienced in maintaining and administration of Linux repositories and GIT implementations. o Maintain and update versions on repositories provided team internal o Administer QA and PROD UX server version setups with GIT - Experienced in Cloud computing and setup o Request, setup and maintain cloud environment o Understanding in cloud computing prerequisites - Experienced in Windows MSI / Linux RPM packaging o Maintain and adjust existing MSI/RPM packages o Develop new MSI/RPM packages by customer requests |
