We are looking for experienced Perl Developers to join our client's team in West London on a permanent basis.
This role will sit with the back-end team, working with developing APIs, applications, microservices, websites and toolkits. Key responsibilities: Support and grow the existing infrastructure; Work with your team on pair programming, team planning, architectural discussions etc.; Ensure the needs of the department and business are met; Work with other teams in an Agile environment learning the needs of the business to ensure the best user experience possible. |

Technical skills and experience sought:
Strong experience in Perl; NoSQL and SQL experience, especially Elastic and MySQL; Test driven development; Strong architectural skills; Nice to have: Continuous integration using Git and Jenkins; API driven and template driven website development; DevOps including Puppet experience; Microservices experience or interest; Linux administration, particularly Bash scripting; Experience with Catalyst, TheSwartz, Moose, Plack, Test::More, DBIx::Class. |
