Description: Research and Development Executives are primarily involved in:
* Creation and maintenance of in-house applications.
* IT vulnerability research.
* External server security auditing
Required skills: * At least one year's programming experience, with one or more of: Perl, PostgreSQL and C.
* Understanding of TCP/IP networking.
* Comfortable in a Linux or Unix environment.
* Good knowledge of open source software. Activity in the open source community would be a bonus.
* Able to work with minimal guidance, and can manage and plan own time.

Desired skills: * A basic understanding of network security would be an advantage.
* Windows and Linux system administration ability will be an added bonus.
